PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The 2025 Philadelphia Auto Show starts Saturday, Jan. 11 and will be the largest since before the pandemic.

Mayor Parker drove across the bridge at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in a 2025 Subaru Forester, unofficially launching the annual auto show.

“It has now literally become part of the fabric of Philadelphia,” the mayor said.

It is a significant part of Philadelphia's history. The show, which began in 1902, is 123 years old. However, the 2025 edition is special because it marks a return to pre-pandemic attendance levels.

Philadelphia Auto Show Executive Director Kevin Mazzucola noted the show will see between 150,000 and 175,000 over the 10 day span.
