The popular Ballet-Hip Hop dance artist Anthony Kashim Turpin designed the fashion and style costumes and set for the American Pride Show Week in New York City during Gay Pride.
Turpin, and independent dancer and choreographer caught the attention of the Philadelphia Front Page News Magazine and Media Key 307 Magazine during the month long promotion about kids, safety and dance.
Kashim worked on the costume and dance presentation so that his performance would have a special place in the exhibition of dance, paintings and music from the project.
Turpin's last showing of the ballet and hip-hop mix combinations took place during Pride Week in NYC, but his powerful dance in smooth art form will be a production remembered by friends and supporters elsewhere because of Pride Week activities.
