RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner-cities) is a Phillies-sponsored program with leagues throughout the city or borough. Two All-Star teams represent Philadelphia, PA or Delaware County, PA in a national RBI tournament involving over 140 cities.And the nearby Darby Pennsylvania has the Philadelphia Phillies RBI in it's borough.
