PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Diversity in Philadelphia was the focus Wednesday afternoon at the Philadelphia Marriot.

Over 500 hospitality professionals gathered for the 27th annual PHL Diversity Luncheon.

“We need to celebrate Philadelphia’s diversity,” says Gregory DeShields, executive director of PHL Diversity, “from our African American through our Hispanic, Asian, Asian Indian and most recently for us, the addition of the LGBT and women’s segments.”
