Red Sox will wear the most American coats ever when they meet President Obama
Jonny Gomes and the Red Sox will wear American flag sports costs to meet the president next week.
Of course this was Jonny Gomes' idea. The Boston Red Sox
plan to wear American Flag blazers when meeting President Barack Obama
next week, which is Gomes best idea since he decided to get a brotastic
tattoo marking the team's World Series win.
Never stop being you, Jonny Gomes.
Here are the suits, which are made by Loudmouth, a company that makes golf clothes. You might also know their work from the Olympics — those wildly dressed curlers from Norway wear Loudmouth.
The Red Sox say they're even bringing one for Obama. These cost $395, by the way.
Cue the outrage machine. Surely some people will think this disrespects the flag.
But, the opposite seems to be
true too. Wearing an American flag sports coat to the White House is
about the most American thing you can do. Well, besides eating apple pie
while at the White House in said American flag sports coat.
